A striploin cut is the perfect middle ground. It's tender (not as much as the tenderloin) and has great marbling (a bit less than the ribeye). Pasture raised with no antibiotics or hormones. 100% grass fed and finished. Dry aged for 28 days. Incredibly delicious. Ask us about our seasonal breeds.
