This jelly is very balanced, not too sweet, tasty and it goes well with all kind of meat, but would say especially lamb, venison, beef. It also works very well with the french meat pie 'Tourtière'. We also tried it with Italian soft cheese, 'toma di roccaverano' and it paired VERY well.
