Sausage Sampler

I always have it in my freezer. very tasty, fresh, with a lot of flavour. I use them in a lot of different ways. Simply on the grill (the Canadian way), or in a lot of Italian recipes (my way!) such as ragù alla bolognese, risotto alla trevisana e funghi, or as a topping on pizza. It is a 'must to have' item.
